Greenpark plans to develop its UK CBM licenses on an accelerated basis, with initial CBM production as early as the second half of 2010. The company’s CBM licenses are located in mainly rural locations, thus facilitating the obtaining of requisite planning permission for its proposed production operations. Most of its licenses are also located near existing gas pipelines with unused capacity.

Greenpark’s technical expertise in CBM exploration and development operations is complemented by the technical resources and expertise in CBM of Marathon Oil Company, with which it has established a joint venture in the UK, covering a number of its most important CBM licenses.

Greenpark has a solid financial position; and, with the backing of its major stockholders, it is well positioned to build an environmentally friendly CBM production enterprise of substantial value, through successful onshore drilling operations.
